Our latest Local Harvest video adventure took us out to Kolapore Springs Fish Hatchery in search of fresh, local trout. As you know from our blog post featuring this company, Kolapore Springs Fish Hatchery is nestled in the back woods of Kolapore, Ontario, a trail system on Grey Road 2 linked to the Bruce Trail.
