Established in 2000 CHARBRIES' RESTAURANT has become internationally recognized as a truly original fine dining restaurant in Uptown Waterloo. We are commited to providing a truly delicious experience, be it for lunch or dinner, with all items prepared fresh in our kitchens from scratch. In 2006 we were the first restaurant to become local supporters of our farmers, showcasing the bounty this region has to offer on all four of our menus. We also offer a Vegetarian Menu that reflects the flavours of each season. Ofcourse, we have our world renowned tables side caesar salad that you just don't want to miss.
